Somerset Landings is an 84-unit apartment community consisting of one (1), two (2) and three (3) bedroom apartments for low-income families, at 350 Olive Avenue, Sanford, FL 32771. The Housing Authority of the City of Orlando, FL (OHA) will accept online pre-applications for sixty-three Section 8 Project Based Voucher (PBV) units for the waiting list for Somerset Landings Apartments. The Project Based Voucher rental assistance is attached to the unit and is not transferrable.

Somerset Landings Apartments is the second phase of the redevelopment of the former Lake Monroe Terrace Apartments owned by the Sanford Housing Authority. The property is under the management of Wendover Housing Partners, LLC.

Pre-Applications
Pre-applications will be accepted online beginning Monday, October 30, 2023, at 12:01 am and ending Wednesday, November 01, 2023, at 11:59 pm. Interested persons must submit a pre-application online on the Orlando Housing Authority's website Apply Now page.
