   The May 11, 2023, Board Meeting Minutes was tabled.

   There was no meeting in October to approve the Minutes. There was no quorum at the November 2023 board meeting.
   
   
3. November 9, 2023
   There was no quorum in the January 2024 board meeting.

V. FINANCIAL REPORT
Mr. Michael Simmons, Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Administration, presented the Financial report.
