Minutes of the Board of Commissioners' Meeting
September 14, 2023

I. The monthly meeting was called to order at 2:05 p.m. by Vice Chair Dan Ping.

II. Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance

Commissioner Victoria Murphy led the Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance.

There was one (1) public appearance, Ms. Annettie Machuca. Vice Chair Dan Ping and Ms. Vivian Bryant, Esq. informed Ms. Machuca that the Sanford Housing Authority will respond in writing.

IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES

1. May 11, 2023
   The May 11, 2023 Board Meeting Minutes was tabled.
   
   
2. June 8, 2023
   A motion was made by Commissioner Alvin Moore, seconded by Commissioner Victoria Murphy, and carried, that the board approve the June 8, 2023 minutes of the Board of Commissioners' meeting. The Commissioners voted as follows:

   The Management Report was presented and thoroughly discussed by Mr. Ayub Fleming. Ms. Jane Dixon, Financial Advisor from TAG Associates addressed questions from the Board of Commissioners.

   Mr. Ayub Fleming presented the Castle Brewer Site Plan Alternative.
