I. Chair Melvin Philpot called the meeting to order at 2:03 pm.

      Chair Philpot opened the Public Hearing. Ms. Kesha Brown, MTW Budget Analyst, presented the summary of the Moving to Work (MTW) Plan.

      There were no comments. Chair Philpot closed the Public Hearing.
      
      
2. Sanford Housing Authority Five-Year Plan for FY 2025-2030
   
   
   1. Open Public Hearing
      Chair Philpot opened the Public Hearing. Ms. Gaile Plowden, Assistant President/CEO presented the Annual 5-Year Plan 2025-2030.

      There were no comments. Chair Philpot closed the Public Hearing.

V. FINANCIAL REPORT
Mr. Michael Simmons, Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Administration, presented the financial report.

Mr. Ayub Fleming, Vice President of Operations, presented the report.
